This one is EXTRA special! The Brorito Taco Salad is a recipe my brother and I have made together for years, and it never misses. It’s bold, crunchy, creamy, and packed with flavor—plus it comes together fast, which makes it perfect for busy weeknights, picnics, or potlucks.
I made it with ground chicken this time and honestly… best version yet.
Ingredients
1 lb ground meat (ground chicken, beef, or turkey)
½ cup salsa of choice
1½ Tbsp GG’s Fajita or Taco Blend
1 can black beans, drained & rinsed
1 can corn, drained
2 cups lettuce, bite-size pieces
½ cucumber, diced
½ red onion, diced or 5 green onions, chopped
½ cup pico de gallo (highly recommend for freshness but you can sub in salsa)
½–¾ cup ranch dressing
1½ cups freshly shredded cheese (Monterey Jack or sharp cheddar are 🔥)
1½ cups crushed Doritos
How to Make It
Brown the meat and drain if needed. Add GG’s spice blend and mix well. Stir in salsa, corn, and black beans and heat through. Let it cool for about 5 minutes, then add it to the fresh ingredients. Gently stir in the ranch and crushed Doritos, and serve!
Crunchy, zesty, and totally addictive—this is one of those salads people go back for seconds (and ask for the recipe). 🌟 Great to add is some hot sauce or a sprinkle of chipotle powder if you want some extra heat! Enjoy!
